Marketing our Product

With regards to marketting our product, we must do it in a way that reaches as much of our target audience as possible. We will advertise our product in a number of ways using our album cover and poster as means to get into the public eye. These are the ways in which we market our video:

Inter net & Free Video Streaming Sites
Sites such as youtube are good to advertise music videos as they attract millions of users daily, mainly a younger audience. In this way we can advertise our video to a huge audience for free. Other sites, including Myspace and Facebook are other ways to gain access to millions of viewers for a free. These sites are now very popular, attracting a wide range of demographics that we can use in our marketting campaign. This would also be an example of viral marketing as by putting it on sites such as Myspace we are spreading it on the internet due to Myspace ebing a universal social network site that spans the entire world.

T.V
Television is a vital way of marketting our video as it is a good platform to show our video and it also has a mass audiecne, ranging from young children too old people. Channels such as T4 and other music chaennels, including Q and MTV would be the style of channel we would want to market our band and video. T4 airs such programmes as '4music presnts', 'Orange RockCorps' and '4music sessions' that advertise bands, giving them a platfrom to perform there songs in some cases and also show the music video.
